Tap once to remove other panorama location icon to enjoy the view without them, tap once again to re activate them to continue navigating around the 360 degree tour.

In some aerial, outdoors and interior panoramas, there are information icon point. Tapping on these will open an information point viewer that will show you either text, pictures or video.
